Action of provisions of part 1 of article 2.1 of the Federal Law of October 7, 2022 No. 377-FZ "About features of obligation fulfillment according to credit agreements (loan agreements) by persons which are called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, persons participating in special military operation and also members of their families and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to the legal relationship which arose since May 1, 2026.
