Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 31, 1999 No. 104-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and in the territories of Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 23, Art. 2807; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7351; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3453; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7534; 2023, No. 12, Art. 1897) following changes:

1) in Article 6.1:

a) in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word of "Item 23" shall be replaced with words "Items 23 and 23.1";

b) in Item 23:

the paragraph one to add with words "if other is not provided by this Article";

paragraph two after the words "with construction" to add with the words "with activities in the field of information and communication";

c) add with Item 23.1 of the following content:

"23.1. The goods which do not have the analogs made in the Russian Federation and placed under customs procedure of free customs zone can be exported on other part of the territory of the Magadan region by the member of the Special economic zone performing the activities determined by the agreement on activities implementation in the field of information and communication for the purpose of their placement and (or) use for own production and technological needs according to Item 7 of Article 455 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union without completion of customs procedure of free customs zone on condition of observance of requirements, the stipulated in Clause 6.2 presents of the Federal Law.
