About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of lamps of LED (LED)

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of lamps of the LED (LED) classified by codes 8539 52 000 2, 8539 52 000 3 and 8539 52 000 9 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 5 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2030 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 8539 52 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "28C)" to exclude;

b) in line items with codes 8539 52 000 2 and 8539 52 000 3 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "28C)" to replace with the reference "119C)";

c) to add line item with code 8539 52 000 9 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "119C)";

d) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:
