In the "Instruction on procedure for making of notarial actions in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 167 of September 11, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 9, Article 693 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 110, 111, No. 3, article 359, No. 5 (book II), Articles 597, 606, No. 9, Article 1067; 2025, No. 2, Article 193, No. 7, Article 698) to make the following changes:
2.1. In part 69 of the word "refusal of inheritance acceptance" shall be replaced with words "refusal of inheritance";
2.2. In the first paragraph of part 83 of the word "shall notify" shall be replaced with words "sends the notification", and to state the second paragraph of this part in the following edition:
