In Item 23 of part 7 "Instructions on procedure for making of notarial actions in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 167 of September 11, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 9, Article 693 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 110, 111, No. 3, article 359, No. 5 (book II), Articles 597, 606, No. 9, Article 1067; 2025, No. 2, Article 193) shall be replaced with words the words "in the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal" "in information system of the electronic government".
2. In the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 308 of July 27, 2017.
