About introduction of amendments to the law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil"

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 11 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil" (The collection of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 4, Article 224 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250) to make the following changes:

1. At the end of the seventh paragraph of the first part of article 7 to replace point with semicolon and to add the eighth paragraph of the following content:

2. Under Article 13:

3. Add Article 13-1 of the following content:

"Article 13-1. Recultivation of subsoil

13-1.1. Subsoil users shall provide recultivation of these lands based on the plan of recultivation for the purpose of protection, recovery and improvement of fertility and other useful properties of the soil on the site where works, and also environmental improvements are carried out.
