About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Freedom of Information"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 4, 2025
Article 1. In the Law of September 23, 2003 No. ZR-11 "About freedom of information":
1) to recognize Article 5 invalid;
2) part 1 of Article 7 to recognize invalid;
3) part 1 of Article 10 to recognize invalid, and regarding 2 words "information provided by part of 1 this Article" shall be replaced with words "information";
Item 4 of part 1 of Article 12 to declare 4) invalid.
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
