About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. In Item 1 of part 4 of article 5 of the Law of November 15, 2017 "About military service and the status of the serviceman" the words "24 months" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-195 "18 months".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provision
1. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
2. Operation of article 1 of this law does not extend to the military personnel who is on obligatory military service as of January 1, 2026.
