Article 29. The bases for reference of information to office information of limited distribution

1. 2) the generalized statistical investigations or analyses;

3) economic and social forecasts;

4) data on environmental protection and emissions;

5) reports for work or functions of state bodies and local government bodies, organizations, information on quality of accomplishment of obligations or managerial mistakes if they do not reveal the state secret or other secret protected by the law;

6) information which causes damage or can cause damage to reputation of the state or local official, legal entity or physical person, except for personal data or personal data of certain category which disclosure will violate the right of the subject of data to immunity of private and family life;

7) information on goods quality and the services resulting from protection of consumer interests;
