About entering of amendment into the Law "About Operational Search Activities"

Article 1. No. ZR-223 "About operational search activities" to add part 1 of article 11 of the Law of October 22, 2007 with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) to render assistance to regulating authority of information systems in prevention or disclosure of offenses in the field of information systems and cyber security by transfer of data (information) to the applicant which became known to them, to regulating authority of information systems based on the statement.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective from coming into force of the law "About Regulating Authority of Information Systems".
