About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Compensation of Damage Caused to Life or Health of the Military Personnel during Defense of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 12 of the Law of December 15, 2016 No. 245-ZR "About compensation of the damage caused to life or health of the military personnel in case of defense of the Republic of Armenia":
1) In Item 1 of the word "1500 dramas", "3000 dramas", "5500 dramas", "8500 dramas" "1000 dramas" are shall be replaced with words.
2) In Item 2 of the word "18 000 dramas", "24 000 dramas", "48 000 dramas" it is necessary shall be replaced with words "12 000 dramas".
Article 2. This law becomes effective on January 1 the year following date of official publication, except for the workers receiving the salary in the amount of 200 001 Armenian drams and more for whom this law becomes effective next day after date of official publication and is applied to the relations which arose since December 1, 2025.
