About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About immigration" on enhancement of conditions and procedure for immigration to Ukraine foreigners and stateless persons
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About immigration" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 197 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
in paragraph four of the word of "calendar year" shall be replaced with words "certain period";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"legal representatives-parents, adoptive parents, adoptive parents, parents tutors, guardians, custodians (the citizens of Ukraine or foreigners or persons without citizenship who are constantly living in Ukraine), guardianship and custody body, the representative of administration of organization who performs functions of the guardian and custodian";
add with paragraphs the eighth or tenth the following content:
"country of origin country or country of civil accessory or country of the previous permanent residence;
mass arrival of immigrants in Ukraine situation in case of which the specific weight of immigrants in the total number of the population of Ukraine will exceed 10 percent;
continuous accommodation in the territory of Ukraine - residence of person in Ukraine if its one-time trip abroad on private affairs did not exceed 90 days, and in the amount in one year - 180 days (departure of person abroad in official journey, for study, in leave, on treatment according to the recommendation of the relevant medical institution or change by person of the residence in the territory of Ukraine is not violation of the requirement about continuous accommodation)".
2. In Article 4:
