About rates for electrical energy for the urban electric transport
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that:
the rates for electrical energy established for the population are applied to the urban electric transport;
compensation to suppliers of electrical energy on regulated rate who have the license for implementation of noted type of activity of losses from implementation of such delivery to the urban electric transport is carried out at the expense of wholesale market price of electrical energy according to the procedure established by the National commission of regulation of power industry.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 29, 2007.
