About realization of provisions of the Law No. 403/2023 on introduction on the market of remedies of plants and modification of some regulations

Based on part (6) Articles 9, parts (1) Article 44 and article 55 of the Law No. 403/2023 on introduction on the market of remedies of plants and modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 89-92, 131), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on establishment of single valuation principles of remedies of plants, according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Regulations on establishment of requirements to the data applicable to remedies of plants, according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. Regulations on establishment of requirements to the data applicable to active ingredients, according to appendix No. 3;

1.4. Regulations on requirements to marking of remedies of plants, according to appendix No. 4.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1307/2005 about approval of the Regulations on the state certification and the approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil for application in rural and forestry (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 176-181, 1446), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in all text of the resolution, the Provision and appendices:

2.1.1. "means of phytosanitary appointment and" and "means of phytosanitary appointment or" in any grammatical form to exclude words;
