About modification of some orders of the Government (structural reorganization of some bodies of the public power)

1. In the Order of the Government No. 657/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "306" to replace with figures "323";

1.2. in appendix No. 1:

1.2.1. in all text of the word "state secretaries of the Government" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the state secretary of the Government" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. in Item 10 the second offer to state in the following editorial office "The State Secretary of the Government Has the Status of Person Holding Responsible State Position both Is Appointed to Position and Dismissed by the Government according to the Proposal of the Secretary General of the Government.";

1.2.3. in the subitem 3) of Item 12 of the word "and European integration" to exclude;
