About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2025 No. 39

Based on the paragraph of the twelfth of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 133-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2025 No. 39 "About provision of data and documents from the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the following changes:

in word preamble "subitems 4. 4.38 and 4.38-3 Items 4, of subitem 5.1 of Item 5" shall be replaced with words 37, "subitem 4.37 of item 4";

in the Instruction about provision of data and documents from the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it approved by this resolution:
