About redistribution of some expenses of the government budget provided to the Ministry of social policy for 2025

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of social policy for 2025 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of the government budget in the way:

reduction of amount of expenses of consumption according to the budget program 2506110 "Payment of housing subsidies and privileges to citizens for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas" for 2200000 thousand hryvnias;

increase in amount of expenses of consumption according to the budget program 2506080 "Financial provision of pension payment, allowances and increases to the pensions granted according to pension plans and deficit of means of the Pension fund" for 2200000 thousand hryvnias.

2. Bring in the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine for 2025 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 2025 No. 1152 "Some questions of the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine for 2025" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 82, the Art. 5592), the enclosed changes.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the established procedure entering into list of the government budget of the changes connected with expense reallocation, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

4. To provide to the ministry of social policy, family and unity target use of the means provided by the paragraph the fifth Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution and in case of non-use them in full to provide return in accordance with the established procedure to the Government budget of Ukraine of remaining balance of unused means of the government budget till December 30, 2025.
