The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that since January 1, 2026 for determination of difference between the size of the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" and the pension size from solidary system of obligatory national pension insurance according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" the pension size from solidary system of obligatory national pension insurance is determined at the level of three subsistence minimums for persons which lost working capacity, but cannot exceed the size of the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons".
At the same time provisions of the Procedure for determination of difference between the size of the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" and the pension size from solidary system according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 16, 2011 No. 1168 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 89, Art. 3233), in 2026 are not applied.
