According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 8, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" for the purpose of operational implementation of the automated forming of messages concerning financial monitoring within information exchange between specially authorized body and banks (branches), and also the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides reduction of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 26, 2022 No. 193 "About approval of the Instruction for forming of files of information exchange between specially authorized body and banks (branches)" such changes:

Item 3 to exclude 2);
