DECIDES:

1. Establish the minimum size of unemployment benefit since January 01, 2026:

1) to the insured persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed who within 12 months preceding registration of person as the unemployed according to the State register of obligatory national social insurance have insurance years of service less than seven months and for persons, the specified in paragraphs one of part one and the paragraph the second Article part three 22, the paragraph the ninth Item 3-3 of the Section VIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", the paragraph the eighth part four of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons", in the amount of 3 900 hryvnias;
