The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1399) and of July 5, 2024 No. 795 "About realization of the first stage of the pilot project on implementation of Single state electronic system of allowing documents" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 66, the Art. 3971, No. 86, the Art. 5359) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that the term during which the subject of managing shall file in body of licensing petition for receipt of the license for implementation of economic activity on veterinary practice constitutes three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution. If the subject of managing which acquired the right to implementation of economic activity based on the declaration on implementation of economic activity during the term of its action filed in body of licensing petition for receipt of the license according to the procedure, terms and on conditions, stipulated by the legislation, the declaration on implementation of economic activity is acting before acceptance by body of licensing of the decision on issue or about refusal in licensing.
