About introduction of amendment in Tax the code of the Republic of Armenia

"58. 1) From January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026 inclusive registration within customs procedure "Release for internal consumption the" of electric vehicles (including vehicles with the status of goods of EEU) classified by the CCT codes of EEU 8702 40 000, 8703 80 000, 8704 60 000 and 8711 60, or import by physical persons as the vehicle for private use and release in free circulation, or import from state members of EEU or alienation in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
58. 2) From February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 inclusive registration within customs procedure "Release for internal consumption the" of electric vehicles (including vehicles with the status of goods of EEU) classified by codes of the catalog of EEU 8702 40 000, 8703 80 000, 8704 60 000 and 8711 60 and issued after December 31, 2023 or import by physical persons as the vehicle for private use and release in free circulation, or import from state members of EEU, or alienation in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
Article 2. This law becomes effective on January 1, 2026 and is effective till December 31, 2026.
