About modification and amendments in the Law "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Add part 2 of article 17 of the Law of June 24, 1997 with No. ZR-137 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) the following content:
"r) fee on general medical insurance".
Article 2. To state part 13 of Article 21 in the following edition:
"13. The government shall provide the draft of the government budget, including the program of capital investments and expense budget of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia approved by Council of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia, the budget statement of Fund of general medical insurance approved with the Government and approved by Board of trustees for consideration of National assembly not later than ninety days prior to the beginning of fiscal year".
Article 3. In Article 22, speak rapidly 3 Laws after the word "continue" to add the word "fees on general medical insurance".
Article 4. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
