About determination of cases of release from introduction of security payment concerning goods to which regulations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on national system of confirmation of expectation of delivery of goods extend

According to part 2 of article 11 of the Federal law "About National System of Confirmation of Expectation of Delivery of Goods and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that concerning goods to which regulations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on national system of confirmation of expectation of delivery of goods extend (further - goods), the security payment is not subject to introduction in the following cases:

import from June 1 to June 30, 2026 goods on the territory of the Russian Federation from the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union;

import from June 1 to October 31, 2026 to the territory of the Russian Federation from the territory of the Republic of Byelorussia through the Russian-Belarusian site of frontier of the Russian Federation of goods which supplier is the organization or the individual entrepreneur created (registered) according to the legislation of the Republic of Byelorussia.

2. This resolution becomes effective since May 30, 2026.
