2) to transfer the property specified in Item 1 of this resolution to operational management to the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
3) to take all necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. Create the State historical and memorial museum of Moldo Niyaz based on the state-owned property entered in Item 1 of this resolution.
