About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Drugs"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-86 "About drugs" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 3 of the Law of May 17, 2016 with Items 60-64 of the following content:
"60) the medicine included in insurance package, the medicine included in the list approved by the government, provided to insured person according to the law "About General Medical Insurance" for the purpose of delivery of health care and servicing in case of the diseases or conditions which are subject to treatment in extra hospital conditions and also for permanent (dispensary) observation of chronic diseases and conditions;
61) the basic price of the medicine included in insurance package, - the price of acquisition of medicine within insurance package approved according to the procedure, provided by this Law;
62) the cost of compensation for the medicine included in insurance package, the monetary unit received as a result of use of the additional size established according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia to the basic price of the medicine included in insurance package;
63) the maximum amount of compensation for the medicine included in insurance package according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the maximum amount of compensation for the medicine included in insurance package, in terms of money;
64) the list of the drugs included in insurance package - the list approved by the government in which according to the law the general name, dosage form, dosage of the drugs included in insurance package are established.".
Article 2. To state Item 3 of part 1 of article 8 of the Law in the following edition:
"3) ensuring social justice in the field of provision of medicines of the population.".
