1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Expert and criminalistic service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 9, 2023 No. 398 the following changes:
in the Regulations on Expert and criminalistic service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 7 of the word "street of Frunze, 469" shall be replaced with words "Prospekt Zhibek-Zholu, 322";
- the eighth or tenth Item 17 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"-provides functioning of internal system of the prevention of corruption, including development and deployment of measures for decrease in corruption risks;
- will organize monitoring of corruptogenic factors with taking measures to their elimination, carries out scheduled and explanatory maintenance with the staff of Service;
- exercises regular control of compliance with law by the staff of Service, including monitoring of accomplishment of normative requirements, the analysis of legitimacy of office actions and taking measures in case of identification of violations;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
