About restriction of operation of motor-vehicles in the separate territories of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of Articles 6, of 41 Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection", ensuring safety of ecosystems, prevention of degradation and destruction of natural landscapes, non-admissions of negative impact on park beach areas, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Set restriction for entrance and movement of motor-vehicles:

- in especially protected natural territories;

- within park beach areas;

- on pastures.

2. Determine that action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend on:

- sections of the highways located in the territory of especially protected natural territories;

- transitional zones and zones of sanitation of the biospheric territories;

- the motor-vehicles used by the state and municipal authorities within accomplishment of professional office activity according to the assigned functions;

- research and the cultural events of the state value with obligatory need of use of motor-vehicles held in coordination with the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- motor-vehicles on the electric motor with rated maximum power in the mode of the long loading which is not exceeding 4 kW used in the economic purposes by local population.

3. To the ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide carrying out explanatory work among the population and informing tourist operators on the introduced restriction;

- organize regular actions for control of observance of the set mode.
