About carrying out pilot project on distribution of receipts from the sales tax and the single tax in the city of Osh

For the purpose of ensuring equitable distribution of tax revenues and assistance to social and economic development of the city Osh, according to article 31-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out pilot project on distribution of receipts from the sales tax and the single tax in the city of Osh (further - pilot project) to the period from June 1, 2026 to June 1, 2027 providing the following proportions of their transfer in the local budget of the city of Osh:

1) 50 percent of the sales tax;

2) 15 percent of the single tax.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to develop and implement the mechanism of accounting of tax revenues within pilot project;

2) upon termination of pilot project to make efficiency analysis and to make offers on its possible expansion;

3) together with city administration Osh to take other measures following from this Decree.

3. City administration Osh to take necessary measures within pilot project.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree is subject to official publication and becomes effective since June 1, 2026.
