About wages increase to separate categories of young specialists
For the purpose of work incentives of separate categories of the young specialists working in the state organizations I decide:
1. Raise the tariff charges (salaries) for 50 percent to young specialists * with the higher education included in databanks of gifted and talented youth and employed in the organizations financed from the budget.

* For the purposes of this Decree young specialists are understood as the graduates who graduated in day form of education at the expense of means of the republican budget or on payment terms, directed to work on distribution.
2. Perform monthly surcharges to young specialists with the higher medical, pharmaceutical education working in the direction of organizations of education (after passing of internship) in the state organizations of health care financed from the budget in the amount of one tariff charge of the first category established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus for compensation of employees of the state organizations financed from the budget and using the state grants.
3. Determine that:
3.1. the increase in the tariff charges (salaries) and monthly surcharges provided in Items 1 and 2 of this Decree are performed on principle place of employment of the young specialist within two years from the moment of the conclusion with it the employment contract (contract). At the same time monthly surcharges are paid in proportion to worked time (amount of completed work), but it is not higher than the size, this Decree determined in Item 2;
