About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023-2026" of May 31, 2023 No. 146

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023-2026" of May 31, 2023 No. 146 the following changes:
To "The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic together with National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of the word "To the ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic together with National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic";
2) in the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023-2026 approved by the above-named Decree:
- in Item 2:
in the column "Measures" of the word "(E-regulation)" to exclude;
