The intelligent device of observation is integrated with digital - analytical system of the transport database according to the subitem 13) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization".
24. In case of technical defect (including losses of signals of communication channels for data transmission online) the intelligent device of observation keeps data in the automatic mode in local memory, after adjustment of data transmission channel - tells information with indication of the mode of real time.
