1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of customs escort.
2. To the State Customs Committee to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2007, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective in 10 days after official publication of this resolution.

1. For the purposes of this provision terms in the values established by the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus and also the following terms and their determinations are applied:
the job specification of customs escort (further - the job specification) - the official or group of the officials of customs authority performing customs escort;
subject to maintenance - the automotive vehicle transporting goods according to customs procedure of customs transit concerning which customs escort is performed;
the special vehicle - the automotive vehicle having the special texts and (or) tsvetografichesky coloring specifying that the automotive vehicle is used for the purposes of customs escort.
2. Customs escort is performed by officials of customs authority with use of special vehicles.
