About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 7, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights and consumer interests of financial services in case of the conclusion with banks with consumers of agreements on provision of financial services and the conclusion by non-bank financial institutions with consumers of agreements on provision of means in loan (consumer, financial loan) the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 4 of the Section II of Provisions on additional requirements to agreements on provision of the financial services and financial payment services concluded by banks with consumers, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 22, 2021 No. 7 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 25, 2022 No. 232) (with changes) to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
