Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2025, No. 84, the Art. 5720) and of April 28, 2021 No. 630 "Some questions of calculation of the rent for state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 51, Art. 3151; 2025, No. 84, the Art. 5720) changes which are applied.

1. In appendices to the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483:
Appendix 1 to add 1) with Items 21 and 22 of the following content:

"21. Youth and children's public associations which within the last two years preceding year of the address cooperate with public authorities and/or local government bodies on accomplishment of the state target, regional, local and other programs in the field of youth policy |
the constituent document (charter) of public association conforming to requirements of the Section IV of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of youth policy" reasons for need for lease of object concerning which the application is submitted the statement from the Register of non-profitable organizations and organizations confirming stay in it of public association at least 12 months before date of filing of application balance and the report on use of the income (profits) of the non-profitable organization for the last complete year information on activities of public association within cooperation with public authorities and/or local government bodies on accomplishment of the state target, regional, local and other programs in the field of youth policy within the last two years, in particular on holding actions, and about projects implementation together with public authorities and/or local government bodies agreements on cooperation of public association with public authorities and/or local government bodies on accomplishment of the state target, regional, local and other programs in the field of youth policy and/or agreements on implementation of projects by public association on accomplishment of the state target, regional, local and other programs in the field of youth policy in case of availability information about the amount of the international technical assistance received from the foreign state, the government authorized by the government of foreign state of body or the organization, foreign municipal body or the international organization providing the international technical assistance according to international treaties of Ukraine for the current year (in the presence - also in the last two years) |
