1. 3) testing of civil and office weapon or cartridges for determination of their technical characteristics (properties), establishments of deadlines of service and safe use;

4) production of civil and office weapon or cartridges, including assembly of weapon and creation of the main parts of firearms or components of cartridges (sleeves, caps, gunpowder, bullets, fraction and case-shot), assembly and equipment of cartridges;

5) art finishing of civil and office weapon without entering of constructive changes into its main parts and with preserving technical and criminalistic characteristics of weapon. In case of art finishing of weapon it is allowed to apply precious metals, precious and semiprecious stones, and also the materials and technologies which are not necessary in case of production of specific model of weapon;
