1. Approve:
a) samples of forms on special use of flora objects:
Permission to the cabin of wood and shrubby plantings out of the state forest fund according to the appendix N1;
Permission to mowing and pasture of the cattle on lands out of the state forest fund according to the appendix N2;
b) The instruction about procedure for registration and accounting of forms of permissions to the cabin of wood and shrubby plantings out of the state forest fund, and also on mowing and pasture of the cattle on lands of inventory out of the state forest fund according to the appendix N3.
2. Enact this order after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chief Gosbiokontrol K. Abidov.
