About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" concerning confirmation of insurance years of service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 44:

state part one in the following edition:

"1. Purpose (recalculation) of pension is performed according to the address of person or automatically (without address of person) in the cases provided by this Law.

The request for purpose (recalculation) of pension is performed by representation in the electronic or paper application form and other documents necessary for purpose (recalculation) of pension, in territorial authority of the Pension fund or in the body authorized by it or the authorized person by insured person personally or through the legal representative of incapacitated person, person whose capacity to act is limited of the juvenile or the minor.

Do not require documentary confirmation of the data, necessary for appointment (recalculation) for person of pension, in the presence of the relevant information in public electronic registers (information and communication systems). Reclamation of documentary confirmation of such data at person is forbidden.

The procedure for representation and document creation for purpose (recalculation) of pension is determined by board of the Pension fund in coordination with the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of social protection of the population";
