Authorize officials of the Ministry of Finance, Department of the state signs of the Ministry of Finance, Department on securities of the Ministry of Finance, the head departments of the Ministry of Finance on areas and Minsk performing functions on control and supervision within competence of bodies of the Ministry of Finance, to constitute protocols on administrative offenses and to perform preparation for hearing of cases about the administrative offenses provided by Articles 12. 3, 12.6-12.8, parts 1 and 2 of Article 12. 11, Articles 12. 16, 12.18, 12.20, 12.21, 12.23, 12.24, 12.26, 12.32, 12.33, parts 1 (regarding abuse of regulations and conditions of implementation of the types of activity provided in special permission (license) and 3 Articles 13. 3, Articles 13. 28, 13.29, 22.6, 23.6, parts 1 of Article 24. 1, Articles 24.2-24. 4, 24.11, 24.13, 24. 58, 25.2, 25.4-25.6 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses.
