1. This Procedure for use of the woods for performance of works on geological studying of subsoil (further - the Procedure) is developed for development of mineral deposits according to Article 43 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation (The Federal Law of December 4, 2006 N200-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 50, the Art. 5278) and establishes requirements to use of the woods when implementing geological studying of subsoil, developments of mineral deposits.
2. For performance of works on geological studying of subsoil, for development of mineral deposits the timberland which is in the state-owned or municipal property is provided in lease according to Articles 43, 74 Forests codes of the Russian Federation.
