About change of resolutions of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2025 No. 15 and of October 14, 2025 No. 14
Based on item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2026 "About lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators for the purposes of professional pension insurance" the board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 175
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2025 No. 15 "About the list of workplaces with special working conditions of the organization for the purposes of professional pension insurance":
to state Item 2 of appendix 2 to this resolution in the following edition:
"2. The list is filled in in the following procedure:
in column 2 the subitem of Item 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About professional pension insurance" is specified;
in column 3 the code of profession of the worker (the employee's position) according to appendix 5 to the Instruction for determination of format of form of the list of workplaces with special working conditions of the organization for the purposes of professional pension insurance approved by this resolution is specified;
in column 4 the name of profession of the worker (the employee's position) of the employee of the organization is specified:
for the work periods from January 1, 2009 to June 30, 2026 – according to the List of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at underground works, at works with especially harmful and especially severe conditions of work in which employment grants pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions, the approved resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2005 as No. 536;
for the work periods since July 1, 2026 – according to the List of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at underground works, at works with especially harmful and especially severe conditions of work for the purposes of professional pension insurance, the established resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2026 No. 175;
for the work periods from January 1, 2009 to June 30, 2026 – according to the List of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at works with harmful and severe conditions of work in which employment grants pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions, the approved resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2005 as No. 536;
for the work periods since July 1, 2026 – according to the List of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at works with harmful and severe conditions of work for the purposes of professional pension insurance established by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2026 No. 175;
according to the list approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490 (further – the list approved by the resolution No. 1490);
in column 5 the name of structural division is specified;
in column 6 special indicators are specified:
the Section, Chapter of Sections I and II of the Lists specified in paragraphs the fifth or eighth this Item;
the Section, subsection, Item, the subitem of the Section III of Lists, the specified in paragraphs five and the seventh this Item;
the Section, Item, the subitem of the list approved by the resolution No. 1490, of Sections I and II of Lists, the specified in paragraphs six and the eighth this Item;
the Section, subsection, Item, the subitem of the Section III of the List specified in paragraph eight of this Item;
in column 7 the code of type of activity according to appendix 3 to the Instruction about procedure for filling of document forms of the personified accounting, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of October 14, 2025 is specified to No. 14;
in column 8 the sizes of fees are specified to No. 118-Z professional pension insurance as a percentage according to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2021 "About budget payments of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus";
in column 9 the quantity of workplaces with special working conditions is specified;
in column 10 start date (number, month, year) of the period of action of results of certification (assessment) of workplaces under the terms of work is specified;
in column 11 end date (number, month, year) of the period of action of results of certification (assessment) of workplaces under the terms of work is specified.";
in the Instruction for determination of format of form of the list of workplaces with special working conditions of the organization for the purposes of professional pension insurance approved by this resolution:
the second Item 5 to state part in the following edition:
"The description of elements of the XML file is given in appendix 1, of the XSD scheme of the document – in appendix 2. Example of the XML file – in appendix 3. Details are filled according to code of special indicator and based on appendices 5 and 6.";
in appendix 1 to this Instruction:
in line item of "ActivityCategoryCode" of the column "Description" of the word "on June 19, 2014 No. 7" shall be replaced with words "on October 14, 2025 No. 14";
to exclude from appendix 2 to this Instruction of the word "according to appendix 4 to this Instruction";
to exclude appendix 4 to this Instruction;
to be reworded as follows appendix 5 to this Instruction it (is applied);
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for filling of document forms of the personified accounting, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of October 14, 2025 No. 14:
in paragraph three of Item 31 of the word "on May 31, 2011 No. 5" shall be replaced with words "on October 14, 2025 No. 15";
in appendix 3 to this Instruction:
in line item 1:
add the column "Regulatory legal act" with words "; the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2026 No. 175 "About lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators for the purposes of professional pension insurance";
state the column "Features of Filling" in the following edition:
"In the column "Additional Data": in the column "I" the code of special indicator is specified, the II column is not filled";
2 and 3 to add the column "Regulatory legal act" of line items with words "; the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2026 No. 175 "About lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators for the purposes of professional pension insurance".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.
