About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 No. 781

Based on the paragraph of the sixty second of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 No. 781 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for forming of the fund of required reserves placed in National Bank" the following changes:

in the name of the word "About Approval of the Instruction about" to replace with the word "O";

in the Instruction about procedure for forming of the fund of required reserves placed in National Bank approved by this resolution:

state Items 14-17 in the following edition:

"14. Creation of calculation of reserve requirements is performed by banks according to appendix 1 taking into account provisions of Chapter 3 of this Instruction. At the same time account balances and the calculated values are brought in units of measure and with quantity of the signs after comma corresponding to the balances of bank provided to National Bank, except for lines 9 "The required reserves which are subject to deposition in National Bank (the amount of subitems 9.1-9.4 of Item 9)" in which the calculated value is brought in thousands of Belarusian rubles in integers.

15. Till 14:00 the sixth working day of every month following settlement period, but no later than 14:00 in the afternoon, for two working days preceding the beginning of the period of accomplishment of reserve requirements, banks provide in National Bank information on calculation of reserve requirements according to appendix 1 (further – information according to appendix 1) and if necessary other additional information in the form of the electronic document certified by the digital signature according to the information technology of representation of calculation of reserve requirements by banks developed by National Bank.
