About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 7, 2022 No. 557
For the purpose of enhancement of system of the legal aid guaranteed by the state, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 7, 2022 No. 557 the following changes:
in Regulations on Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 21:
state subitem 3 in the following edition:
"3) is approved by internal rules and procedures of work of Service and job descriptions of staff of Service;";
state subitem 7 in the following edition:
"7) establishes in accordance with the established procedure departmental awards of Service and applies types of encouragement, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic;";
add with subitem 12-1 of the following content:
"12-1) issues orders on inclusion and exception of paralawyers of the Register of paralawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
state subitem 13 in the following edition:
"13) issues orders on suspension, agreement cancelation on rendering qualified legal aid, the prevention of the lawyer, temporary discharge of the lawyer from rendering qualified legal aid;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
