About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions" of July 29, 2022 No. 418

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions" of July 29, 2022 No. 418 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 3 of Item 3 of the word "and rank" to exclude;

- in paragraph one of Item 6 of the word of "internal affairs" shall be replaced with words "health cares, internal affairs";

- in Item 7 of the word "and academic status" to exclude;

2) in the Qualification requirements to position of the head of the state higher educational institution approved by the above-stated resolution:

"4. To position of the head of the state higher educational institution including having the status "national" (except for positions of the head of the state higher educational institution specializing in preparation on directions/specialties of culture and art), the following qualification requirements are established:

- availability of higher education;

- availability of academic degree of the candidate of science or doctor of PhD;

- years of service of scientific or pedagogical work at least 5 years.
