1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following changes:

in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 219 in the following edition:

"-implementation of labor activity by the specialists having the state qualification certificate, no more than in three organizations during receipt of the license and implementation of architectural and construction activities;";

- in Item 220-2:

state subitem 3 in the following edition:

"3) the data confirming payment of the tax liabilities and social assignments for the employees having the existing state qualification certificates received automatically by means of the state information system.";

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
