About measures for creation of intensive orchards by industrial method and support of updating of unsuitable gardens

For the purpose of creation of products with value added by updating of economically inefficient, low-yielding gardens and vineyards (further - unsuitable gardens), creations of intensive gardens and vineyards by industrial method (further - industrial gardens), rational placement of industrial gardens on the basis of specific calculations I decide:

I. Main objective

1. Determine main objective of adoption of this Decree creation of 172 thousand hectares of industrial gardens in 2026 - 2028.

II. Parameters and mechanisms of updating of unsuitable gardens and creation of industrial gardens

2. Approve:

(a) The list of the responsible persons assigned to actions for creation of industrial gardens in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas in 2026 - 2028 according to appendix No. 1 *;

(b) The schedule of creation of industrial gardens in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas in 2026 - 2028 according to appendix No. 2*.

3. Approve procedure according to which:

(a) since July 1, 2026 updating of unsuitable gardens and creation of industrial gardens on 5 and more hectares of the parcels of land are performed according to addresses and on the basis of proposals of subjects of entrepreneurship according to the specifications or feasibility statements (further - documentation on creation of garden) developed by Agency on development of agricultural industry (further - the Agency) till 15 days on a grant basis;

(b) monitoring of the performed measures for updating of unsuitable gardens and creation of industrial gardens by the Agency, the Agency of space researches and technologies and khokimiyats of areas (cities) is carried out on the basis of the scheme according to appendix No. 3 *;
