I. Main objective

1. Determine main objectives of this Decree:

(a) reducing temporary resources and financial expenses of the population and entrepreneurs in case of receipt of the construction license to 2 times;

(b) implementation of artificial intelligence and reducing human factor when rendering the state services in the field of construction;

(c) ensuring transparency and accountability in processes of construction.

II. Simplification of the state services

Take into consideration that the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services (further - the Ministry) in the city of Tashkent implements practice and practice of rendering in one stage of the state services in issue of permission and development of architectural and planning task for reshaping, reorganization, reconstruction of buildings and constructions, and also designing of construction of additional buildings and constructions in the territory yielded the positive results.

3. Since September 1, 2026 in all regions of the republic to combine the state services provided in Item 1 of this Decree, to implement single state service - system of issue of the architectural and town-planning requirement.
