1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for creation and criterion of exception, inclusion of medicines and medical products in the special list of the medicines and medical products which are temporarily resolved to import and medical application without registration" of August 23, 2025 No. 522 the following change:
according to the procedure of creation and criteria of exception, inclusion of medicines and medical products in the special list of the medicines and medical products which are temporarily permitted to import and medical application without registration, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- Item in paragraph one 2, Item 5 of the word "the state organizations of health care" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of health care irrespective of patterns of ownership".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
