About establishment of the minimum amount of preferences, stipulated in Item 9 parts 1 of article 17 of the Federal law "About Single Questions of Regulation of Platform Economy in the Russian Federation"

Determine that the minimum amount of preferences, stipulated in Item 9 parts 1 of article 17 of the Federal law "About Single Questions of Regulation of Platform Economy in the Russian Federation", makes 2,9 of percent of income gained by the partner contractor for implementation of activities for performance of works, rendering services for users customers of intermediary digital platform with use of technical capabilities of intermediary digital platform in the month preceding provision of such preference.
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2026 and is effective till October 1, 2032.
