About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather legal status and medical support of the military personnel from among foreigners and stateless persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with the following changes):

Item 3 of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. Operation of this Law does not extend to foreigners and persons without citizenship who pass military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, National guard of Ukraine, except the provisions concerning cash cover, provision of leaves, medical care and medical services by such serviceman";

Article 11 to add 2) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8. Features of delivery of health care and medical services to foreigners and stateless persons which pass military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, National guard of Ukraine are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. The thirteenth article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 13, of Art. 65 with the following changes) to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"temporary residence in Ukraine - residence in Ukraine of the foreigner or stateless person based on the valid type issued in accordance with the established procedure on temporary residence in Ukraine".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 19-20, of Art. 179 with the following changes):
